Pugi's are certified by SAMBRA as Major Structyural Repairers (MSR) and utilise state of the art technology and equipment sourced both locally and internationally which comply with the stringent requirement of leading motor manufacturers. Highly skilled and appropriately qualified personnel are employed and enjoy the ongoing benefits of SETA approved training and refresher courses. Pugi Panelbeaters are Santam & Mutual & Federal Insurance Company accredited repairers. Other major insurers are S.A. Eagle, Hollard and Regent.

In addition to Panelbeating, Spray Painting and Chassis Strightening, free towing within 40km radius is provided. (roll-back truck owned and operated by company). In the event of repairs exceeding R15 000.00 a fre courtesy vehicle is supplied. However, fuel and insurance are the customer's responsibility. Where required quotations on client premisses, collextion and delivery of vehicle is catered for.
